Eligibility for Returns

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return

  3. Upload images of the product (if requested)

  4. Wait for approval from the TrueRXcare support team

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

After successful inspection of the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from TrueRXcare

Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, TrueRXcare may offer:

  • Free replacement of the same product

  • Replacement of an equivalent product (subject to availability)

Replacement decisions depend on stock availability and quality checks.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
